Rodrigo Cabedo Gregori
Founding partner of Cabedo Abogados y Economistas Asociados, S.L. (Cabedo Law Firm and Economic Associates, LLC) and of Doble C Concursal, S.L. (“Double C” Bankruptcy Law Office, LLC).
Degree in Economics, Business Studies and Law; MBA from the Barcelona School of Business Administration and Management (EAE-UPC). He is currently working on his doctoral thesis in economics on economic expert evidence.
He is a practising lawyer and member of the Barcelona Bar Association, economist, certified accountant (no. 17.017 ROAC), judicial expert, and bankruptcy receiver. He is a member of the Commercial, Bankruptcy and Judicial Experts Committee of the Catalonia Economists’ Association. He is a member of the board of directors of REFOR (Experts in Forensic Economics), which depends on the Spanish General Council of Economists, and he is a member of the board of directors of Accredited Accounting Experts of the Catalonia Economists’ Association and of the Catalonia Chartered Accountants’ Association.
He has given lectures at Camilo José Cela University in Madrid on the subjects of Bankruptcy Law and “Legal Evidence”, as well as in the Master’s in Bankruptcy Law organized by the Barcelona Bar Association. He has participated in numerous seminars on bankruptcy law and legal-economic evidence in the framework of the main professional associations in Spain.

Jacinto Gimeno Valentín-Gamazo
Law degree from the University of Barcelona and member of the Barcelona Bar Association (no. 14440).
Since 1983, he has dedicated his professional career to the defence of multiple cases in the fields of commercial, civil, and labour law before the various national and European courts and bodies.
He is a legal advisor to various boards of directors and has extensive experience in resolving corporate conflicts.
He has been acting as an insolvency administrator since 2005 and advises companies regarding insolvency proceedings, refinancing, restructuring, and acquisitions.
His teaching activity has been conducted in the fields of commercial and bankruptcy law at Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona. He has co-directed and coordinated the program of face-to-face courses in bankruptcy law, he has taught undergraduate and graduate classes in commercial law, and he has advised theses in these areas.
María Grande Bustos
has a degree in Business and Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid (specialising in Actuarial Sciences) and a master’s degree in Account Auditing from the Registry of Economists and Auditors. Additionally, she has completed the Management Development Program at IESE Business School.
Economist, actuary, account auditor registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC No. 20770), legal expert, and bankruptcy administrator.
She is head of the department in charge of preparing economic accounting reports for R&D projects and, in particular, audits to justify public subsidies and aid (CDTI, SEI, Reindus, Avanza, Feder, etc.), as well as economic evaluations in certification processes.

Ricardo Gómez Val
has a PhD in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and has extensive experience as a lecturer at various leading universities (UPC, UOC). In parallel, he directs the Real Estate Valuations Course at the Economists’ Association. He is the secretary of the Forensic Architecture Experts Group at the Catalan Architects’ Association.
He oversees the valuations of real estate development projects (both completed and ongoing). He is an expert on real estate budgeting, variance analysis, and feasibility studies.
